A translucent polyaddition silicone elastomer which, after addition of a platinum salt catalyst, cross-links at room temperature or with an oven to accelerate curing.
Silastic-T4 is intended for rapid prototyping or tooling applications. This product is not intended for medical or food use.
Applications : Rapid prototyping moulds from 3D printing, stereolythography, powder sintering etc. / For gravity casting resins, vacuum casting etc. / Printing rollers, ceramic screen printing.
Characteristics : Translucent / Ratio 100:10 / Viscosity: 35,000 mPa.s / 40 Shore A / Working time: 90 min / Curing time: 12h.
Properties : High hardness / Good dimensional stability / Low shrinkage / High-temperature resin casting / Polyaddition / Easy cutting of parting lines.
Very good mechanical strength / Reproduction accuracy / Very good chemical resistance / 2 T4 and T4 0 catalysts / Read the technical data sheet carefully to avoid inhibitions.
